Abstract

The article examines the role of anthroponyms in the names of medicinal plants. The review includes a number of studies conducted by French linguists, highlighting the features of the use of personal names in the context of phytonyms. Examples are given with detailed explanations and etymological data illustrating the functioning of anthroponyms in this area.
