The Formation of the Technique of Medieval And Renaissance Theater Buildings

For the first time in history, theater performances began to be shown inside the building, in the church. The architectural features of the church determined the shape of the stage space. Initially, the action of the drama developed in a limited area near the altar. Then the central nave of the building, holy room, vestibule, pulpit were used. The most important performances of the drama were shown on a specially installed platform in the middle of the building.
